Folabomi Longe
My name is Folabomi Longe and I am a Junior majoring in Data Science and Management. I am graduating in May 2027 and I have worked as a research assistant with Professor Yu since May 2025
My favourite meals are Nigerian Fried Rice, all types of pasta (except angel hair pasta), Amala and Ewedu soup with stew I love Reading fiction novels. Fun fact, I don’t like cucumbers but I love pickles.

How has research influenced you: I have become better at academic writing. I can read and comprehend academic research papers much faster and I am more eager to one day conduct research on something I am very passionate about. What do I think about Prof Yu:I think she is an amazing professor who is able to effectively tailor our tasks to improve on our strengths and work on our weaknesses. Best time of us: Whippy dip walks during the summer. Evening Barbeque. Trip to Washington DC!!
